MONOD flowers-jewelry accepts returns and exchanges up to 30 days after purchase.
Previously, the customer must indicate their intention no later than 24 hours after receipt of the package by ☎️, e-mail or whatsapp to +34601039498 or by email isedas@icloud.com and will be answered specifying the conditions for returning the product. The cost of shipping shall be borne by the customer.
The refund on the customer's account as a result of this return will be made within 7 days of receipt of the goods by flower-jewelry.com .
The return cannot take place in any case if the delivered products were clearly subject to wear and tear.
The products must be returned correctly protected, in their original packaging, in perfect condition (not damaged or soiled by the customer). They will be sent to the place specified by flower-jewelry.com in the precise instructions for the return of the product sent by e-mail.
Packages which do not contain any enclosed elements allowing the sender to be identified (order number, name, address, etc.) cannot be returned.
The costs and risks associated with returning the product shall be borne by the purchaser. The sender must send them safely and with the necessary guarantees to ensure that the returned goods arrive in a perfect state of preservation.
Anyone returning a product will receive an email informing them of the amount of their refund.
Guarantee
The guarantees and after-sales services are governed by the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November which approves the text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users. In accordance with this regulation, the seller is obliged to deliver to the consumer and user products that are in conformity with the contract, and is liable to the consumer and user for any lack of conformity. The consumer and user has the right to have the product repaired, replaced, the price reduced or the contract rescinded.
